I thought I was out of Bird-A-Day since I couldn't find anything new today. I came home and asked Trey if he'd seen any new ducks at Cutler Wetlands. He said he as tired and hadn't even checked. I typed my farewell for the year on the B-A-D site, and not sooner had I finished than I get a call from Trey to say there's an American Wigeon at Cutler Wetlands. I rushed down there and quickly got it. Bird-A-Day #293! There are still a couple more birds I could use that may be possible:
Gadwall
Lesser Scaup
Bell's Vireo
Black-throated Green Warbler
Vesper Sparrow
Lark Sparrow
Lincoln's Sparrow
White-crowned Sparrow
Rose-breasted Grosbeak
Dickcissel
Red-crowned Parrot
Green Parakeet
Crimson-fronted Parakeet
