More sightings of PBuntings over the weekend. Both male and female. All at my residential feeding stations
At Hoechoka Hammock (University and Sawgrass) a red-shoulderd hawk is now in winter residence and the mottle duck numbers have increased to 35. Wrens are also sighted in the understory and three days past I learned that homeowners on the east side of the Hammock area have seen and photographed three coyotes. I have prepared "sand print" areas to test for coyote prints.
And for those on the west coast Naples area a bear sow and two COY are frequenting the DeSoto Road road north side of the alley.
