Today, I paid a brief visit from 2-3 to Frenchman's Forest (located North of PGA blvd in the Palm Beach Gardens area located on Prosperity Farms rd). I went there at 2 pm. NOT an ideal time I know (hot, too bright in some areas, and migrating birds lift off after eating breakfast mostly.
I had the following:
Black-and-white Warbler
Yellow-throated Warbler
MAGNOLIA Warbler (2 of them) - One at the end of boardwalk and the other at the entrance. FOS for me! Was able to get some shots (looks like a female or a first year male - not sure).
Blue-gray Gnatcatchers (lots)
Northern Cardinal
Blue Jay
Common Grackle
An Osprey
One Belted Kingfisher in a distance
Downy Woodpecker
Red-bellied Woodpecker

I regret to inform but I have nothing earth shattering or nearly as good as some of my fellow "southern neighbors in Miami-Dade". That's all for today folks!
