At approximately 8:45 AM this morning I spotted a Swainson's Warbler at the start of the hammock trail, behind the building. This area has quite a few Ovenbirds also. The Swainson's Warbler flew up and perched on a branch about two feet off the ground and gave me good looks for about 10-15 seconds. It proceeded to drop back to the ground a do the thing Swainson's Warblers tend to do on the ground...forage.
