Yesterday 9/17 after work we birded Enchanted Forest and were delighted to find a lot of the same migrants as on Sunday with the addition of Swainson's Warbler and Common Yellowthroat. The west side of the park continues to be more active than the east side for us. We hope to be able to continue birding the park and keep those in Southern Miami Dade know what's around up here during migration.

On Monday 9/16 an Acadian Flycatcher was doing its twilight song at the park.

Here is the list for 9/17

1-Merlin -First of the fall
Chimney Swift
1-Yellow-throated Vireo
Red-eyed Vireo
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
Northern Parula
1-Chestnut-sided Warbler
2-Magnolia Warbler
Cape May Warbler
Black-throated Blue Warbler
Prairie Warbler
Palm Warbler - an eastern
Black-and-white Warbler
American Redstart
Worm-eating Warbler
1-Swainson's Warbler
Ovenbird
Northern Waterthrush
Common Yellowthroat

Nature is Awesome
