I've managed to do a fair amount of birding at Pinetree park lately. Here's what I've seen in the park since the hurricane (the park had lots of damage -tons of downed trees and limbs everywhere):

Broad-winged Hawk (seems to be hanging out there)

Magnificent Frigatebird
Laughing Gull
Yellow-rumped Warbler (1)
Palm Warbler (dozens)
Pine Warbler
Prairie Warbler
Black-throated Blue Warbler
Black-and-white Warbler (1)
Common Yellowthroat
Northern Parula
American Redstart
White-eyed Vireo (1)
Gray Catbird
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
Northern Mockingbird
Red-bellied Woodpecker
Fish Crow
Boat-tailed Grackle
Mourning Dove
Eurasian Collared Dove
Blue Jay
European Starling
Indigo Bunting (small flock of about 8-12)
Painted Bunting
Easter Phoebe
