Paul is again off line because as a big oak tree was being removed it ripped out his phone line. He was told service probably won't be restored for a week or two.
Hoechoka hammock is getting back in order after Wilma. As did everyone, Hoechoka hammock lost trees. Many of the fallen can remain where they lay because they will make great perches for the birds. The branches and other debris are being mulched for use in the gardens and hammock. Dee came out and did some photos of the resident birds which are much easier to spot and photograph with the loss of leaves.
