The WIFL is still being seen as of 09-02-13 with brief but decent looks between 9:15 - 10:45 am.Larry Manfredi and myself had the bird out in the open with good looks do to the facts that it was very actively calling and milling around .This bird has not been easy to see but it is very rewarding when you do.Especially for those of us who are listing for the state .Good Luck and Good Birding!
