Being setup for a fallout?

Conditions are looking very favorably for us the next couple of days. There is a stalled front over north Florida with a northern push of winds behind it. There is a line of clouds and rain just to the south of us that could form a barrier to any push by the birds to the south. So, it looks like many birds will be sandwiched right here! This may explain the recent appearance of those tough Gulf birds in our area (Kentucky, Cerulean). Just FYI.
