We saw the Waxbill today at 6:35 pm in the trees in front of the two cabins in the leisure center area (I think that is what it is called). It was very high at first and then came to within 10 feet above my head in the small Oak tree. Not shy at all. We saw it for about 5 minutes. It was a little verbal but not enough to determine a call. It was definitely with a few Parulas and a Prairie. Thanks David!
