I ventured down this road for the first time since i have been in south Florida. I was very happy to find the bird flooded mud flats, and all of the shorebirds therein. Excellent views, with good light. Nothing spectacular, the usual suspects including LEast, Westerns, Pect SPs, Stilt SPs, SemiPalm Plovers, Kildeer, BN Stilts, a pair of Ruddy Turnstones, many herons/egrets, Roseate Spoonbills, Gull-billed Terns, & a single Black Tern.

It is no Bombay Hook, but it beats the hell out of Broward.
