In a single flock yesterday morning, flying north between Sands and Boca Chita Key, Biscayne NP. Largest flock I've seen in Dade or Monroe. Trickle of raptors moving down Elliot, 4 species. Lonely Piping Plover as well. A few Redstarts looked keen to make the jump off Elliot at sunset.
