This looks like tough nut to crack. By the way the bird is perched I 'd say it does not look like a Vireo. Judging by early migration warblers (B&W, Am.Redstart, Prairie Warbler, etc) I'd say and potentially put money down on this being a Prairie Warbler. I don't see black streaks on the side. So, I would eliminate that. Female and juvenile being duller with less visible could be the ticket. In my experience out in the field that would be my best guess!
