I had one early Thursday morning along with a young Sandwich Tern on Crandon's beach but the sand raker flushed it (samething happened to a Roseate I had last June). Early mornings are usually the best for the uncommon terns - before the rakers hit the beach. Also, pre and during major storms but it can be difficult to get into the park.
