Hi Trey,

Definitely a fall Tennessee Warbler; the strong contrast between the greenish back and the gray nape and crown clinches it.

Once you get more experience, you'll learn that Orange-crowneds really don't look anything like this bird at all, in either plumage or "jizz." (Nor do Yellow Warblers for that matter).
