Do you mean Bronzed Cowbird? Was this on SW 107 Ave? I saw one yesterday on the wire along 107 a little north of 268 St, in front of the Many Diaz property next to the quarry lake. Despite strong winds, I didn't see any terns on the lake except a single Royal. I also failed to find any Fork-tailed Flycatchers, in case anyone is wondering.
By the landfill there was a dark-morph Short-tailed Hawk, but no shorebirds in the ponds inside the fence. Now that we are past the midway point in July, the birding can only get better.
