On June 16 of last year, I submitted an eBird report of 150 LETE seen from the nearby John U. Lloyd State Park (NW end of Whiskey Creek, near W Boat Ramps). Most of the LETE were swarming above the roof of the warehouse immediately SE of the Port's Harbormaster Control Tower. This warehouse was later converted into a cruise-ship terminal (CT 26), & the roof was repaired or replaced.
