There is an article about the colony in todays Sun Sentinel newspaper describing how for the most part these terns have resorted to using tar and gravel roofs for nesting, due to development and crowds at our beaches. The article is titled, "Stopped at every tern." Let's hope the crowds obey the signs and stay out of the roped off area....
