Sorry to be so late on the report but I corresponding with Brennen Mulrooney and he suggested I should post this find.
Friday 9/10 I had a single Buff-breasted Sandpiper in the fields just outside of the entrance to Everglades NP. I had a good view for about 15 minutes before a harrier flushed it. I was unable to relocate it later that day or on Saturday. Other birds in the fields were LEAST, WESTERN AND PECTORAL SANDPIPERS, BLACK-NECKED STILT-6, GREATER AND LESSER YELLOWLEGS.
I also had a wonderful time birding Mahogany Hammock on Saturday. OVENBIRDS, LOUISANA & NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH, YELLOW-THROATED, BLACK & WHITE, PRAIRIR WARBLERS, YELLOWTHROAT AND YELLOW-EYED VIEROS.
