Celebrating Dick Cunnigham's life tonight and a sighting

I check this message board daily but often forget the dates for upcoming events and miss them. I'm looking forward to learning about Mr. Cunningham's contributions tonight.
At 9am this morning there was a good push of Ospreys over Homestead Bayfront Park. I was at the boat ramp and watched a steady stream overhead, about six kettles with 5-10 birds in each. Hoping to see a kite mixed in but no luck. Several years ago in late September Rafael Galvez and I saw really good mixed kettles over this area.
