Whimbrel off Elliot Key, Question re: ENP

Bonefishing on the oceanside of Elliot Key (Biscayne National Park) yesterday turned up a good number of shorebirds feeding as the tide dropped. A real increase from two weeks ago. The highlight was a Whimbrel.
Any news on the damage sustained in Everglades National Park? Cape Sable looked bad a few weeks ago, I think it's doomed. East Cape and Middle Cape canal are wreaking havoc.
