Hummingbird siting

Yesterday, while in my back yard, I heard a hummingbird. This evening I saw it, landing, as usual in my key lime tree. For years, I have had at least one hummingbird spend the season in my yard. They seem to like to perch in my citrus trees and feed on my firebush and pavonia. Not sure whether it was a female ruby-throated or rufous. I am in Homestead, a few blocks south of the Krome Bird sanctuary.
