The last 2 first week of May TAS bird trips to Birch State Park, a Black-whiskered Vireo was singing basically in the same place between the road and old railroad track trail on the east side of the park along the water. It was about half way done the trail. Years ago I had Black-whiskered Vireos at Deerfield Island Park in Lighthouse Point in May.
