Went to Green Cay and Wakodahatchee yesterday, and had decent luck with northern parula, blackpoll warbler, American redstart, least bittern, solitary sandpiper, lesser yellowlegs, least sandpiper, roseated spoonbills in large numbers, stilts at Wako have their chicks running about, red-shouldered hawks, purple martins, chimney swifts.

Stopped by Spanish River today really just to take a short walk, since I was out birding all day Saturday, but the activity was so much more than I expected, so it kept me there a lot longer. Blackpoll warblers are there in the dozens, along with a lovely Connecticut warbler, two beautiful magnolia warblers, quite a few black-throated blue warblers, several black-whiskered vireo, several red-eyed vireo, downy woodpeckers, pileated woodpeckers, red-bellied woodpeckers, and even a few more that I haven't yet identified, that could be one of those I already mentioned or might be something different - I need to go through and process some ID shots so they are clearer to see what I got. The Connecticut and Magnolia are the first photos I've gotten of either species, and the Connecticut is a first-time sighting.
