A female Black-faced Grassquit was seen and photographed yesterday at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park on Key Biscayne. The bird was seen on No Name Harbor Road, on the opposite side of the road from the white gate where the Thick-billed Vireo, which was also seen yesterday, has spent the past two months.

Also, a Red-billed Tropicbird was reported from Boynton Inlet in Palm Beach County. All of these sightings were posted on the Florida Rare Bird Alert; a link to the FL RBA is at the top of the BirdBoard.
