In my case, this would not work. I knew about the 4ft height requirement for the baffle which I have. The problem is the squirrels have multiple ways to access the feeder due to the confined space in the yard. Trees/plants are close by everywhere. I could buy a squirrel proof feeder which cost plenty(I already have so many feeders/some are squirrel proof, others are not) or possibly hang a very thin metallic wire between trees as long as the height/distance is enough or just feed the squirrels in a different area of the yard and hope that suffices.
