Evergreen cemetery was loaded with warblers this afternoon after the rains stopped (3:30 to 5:00 pm). Blackpolls were by far the most abundant but we saw a total of ten species, all the usual stuff (ovenbird, black-and-white, common yellowthroat (lots), American redstart, Cape May, northern parula, palm, prairie, and black-throated blue). We also saw two thrushes, one was a Swainson's but couldn't get on the other. Also heard a screech owl. Most of the birds were at the north end in the oaks, gumbo limbos, and fruiting figs.
