Began at Fort Zach and saw several pairs of Scissor-tailed Flycatchers and one Gray Kingbird at the end of the parking areas closest to the beach. A Wurdeman's was on the beach.
Next stop was the Indiginous park where there were several young male Blue Grosbeaks, B&W warblers, and Black Whiskered Vireo's above us with the whiskers clearly visible. At the Botanical Gardens we found the female Western Spindalis, another Gray Kingbird, and a female Painted Bunting. At the pond in the back we saw 2 Water Thrushes, a Northern and a Louisana. Seeing then so close together really showed the differences.
