AD Barnes and Yard

I stopped quickly this afternoon at Barnes and saw very little. Just a handful of Cape May, bt blue, redstart, and one ovenbird. there were some purple martins and chimney swifts as I was leaving. Brian, did you see anything else?

Reason I went there was because the yard had lots of activity this AM, including a singing parula, other assorted common warblers,and a singing catbird- with a great melody. I could hear migrant call notes as birds passed over the house.

When I returned home, there was a nice northern waterthrush under the elderberry bush.
