All, I just received the following from the Village of Key Biscayne. The race times that will affect the TAS walk have changed and according to this announcement the race ends at 9:30 AM. We'll meet in the No Name Harbor parking lot whenever we can!

Baynanza, Mud Mingle 5K Run, FICPA 5K Run/Walk
Three Events in Virginia Key and Key Biscayne
Residents are advised to allow extra time to leave and return to Key Biscayne on Saturday, April 20, 2013. Traffic delays may occur.
Three special events are scheduled in Virginia Key and Key Biscayne in addition to the 6th Annual Electronics Recycling Drive between Village Hall and Winn-Dixie.
Baynanza 2013 will take place on both islands from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
The Mud Mingle 5K Run will take place within the grounds of the Virginia Key Beach Trust from 7:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.
The FICPA Money Run 5K Run/Walk will take place from 7:45 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. within Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park and along Crandon Boulevard to Grapetree Drive. Traffic will be detoured on Crandon Boulevard for the part of the race course outside the Park.
