This morning I went to Quarry Lake to see if I could find the Common Tern Toe saw yesterday... I was successful and thought that would be my Bird of the Day, but...
The Bahama Mockingbird decided it was his turn to be on my list. I Found the bird at about 1:45 pm in the location Toe described. I took these ID shots of the bird well hidden in the low shrubs... at least he thought he was hidden. I could hear the bird softly calling prior to seeing the bird. I looked for about 45 minutes before I finally got my eyes on the bird.
