After a fun (but migrant-less) day at ZooMiami, I was sitting on the patio in the late afternoon and had 2 FOS Chimney Swifts over the house. While watching them, I heard a cacophony of grackles behind me and turned to see, at treetop height, an immature Bald Eagle fly right over my patio, pursued by the grackle mob! The eagle was headed SE, towards The Falls and points beyond. It was only the second for my yard--and my first was a flyover about 1000 feet high, so this felt like a first!
