At Old Cutler rd. nature area across from Fairchild Tropical Gardens. Same area where Red Headed Woodpecker was sighted. Go past the line of palm trees on trail, walk towards the end of the trail past the houses on the right, take a left onto big grass area and walk towards the first turn left. The American Redstart was in this area.
