I grew up a quarter mile from there. Not really a good food source for large fish eating raptors of any kind. Eagle sightings other than Ken's pair are very unusual in urban Broward County( 5 lifetime) The last active nest in this area prior to the pines birds was east of University Drive on Miami Gardens Drive behind the old camp galaxy. It was abandoned in the late sixties. There have been a lot of dark Moor for red tails in Broward this year, that is another possibility
