Frank, if you are local, we should get together for some birding! I've never seen anyone birding Pinetree but my wife and I; we've been birding there for about 15 years!
I was at the city owned, not so maintained, golf course right behind Scott Rakow. There are two trees full of berries right now and they have been full of warblers and he was in one of these trees. Managed to get some decent pictures. Mostly the regulars warblers, but I'm holding out hope for soon...
