So there is something exciting on the bird board

This morning on my way back from dropping my son off at FIU; I saw two Snow Geese flying out of a water retention area over the Turnpike just south of Bird Rd. They were no more than a couple of hundred feet in front of me and no more than 30 or 40 feet high... Couldn't have missed seeing them if I wanted to. Certainly an odd sighting for this time of year.
