Painted Bunting numbers are increasing and the maturing of the juveniles is making head count difficult. It used to be colored, orange and green. Now it is mostly full color male and green female. Tension is also increasing and there is more aggression being displayed. Some, but little, songs.
But no indigo. What a pity
