Lots of warblers still around, so Toe has been unable to declare spring migration officially underway.
I spent a bit less than an hour early in the morning, only around the playground oaks, the Rooster Area, and the east lakefront. There were 10 species of warbler seen: Yellow-rumped 14, Palm 5, Parula 4, Pine 2, B&W 1, Yellow-throated 1, Ovenbird 1, Redstart 1, BT Blue 1, Prairie 1. Also seen were 2 Blue-headed Vireos.
