I'm afraid all I see are Northern Gannets in these shots. Juvenile Brown Booby would have a brown belly, lighter than the upper chest and neck. Juvenile Masked Booby would have much cleaner white underwings, a white collar, and a yellow bill. Your birds show white uppertail coverts, a sure field mark for Northern Gannets. Compare with the two juvenile Brown Booby in the attached photo. Hope this helps.
