An excellent reference is Cornell's "Songs of the Warblers of North America." It's the rework of Dr. Donald Borror, who pioneered bird song recordings. Prairie Warbler song examples #3-5 are particularly rapid and high pitched. These were recorded in North Carolina (#3) and Ohio (#4-5) in April and May. The slowest example (#1) was recorded in New Hampshire. This doesn't answer your question regarding FL coastal race, but recordings of different birds may help.
