Are these birds not considered parasites in these locations?

: Bronzed Cowbirds have never been documented to breed east of Louisiana, but it seems that they have been breeding in Miami-Dade County since last year at least. However, such an event still needs to be properly documented to be accepted - and confirming breeding of cowbirds requires finding and photographing either a parasitized nest or fledglings incapable of sustained flight -- neither of which is easy. And the identification of fledgling cowbirds is an added complication.
