Hi Casey,
Though extremely unusual to see a White- crowned Pigeon in Palm Beach County, I know and have photographed one there at Spanish River Park. I was told in the past by an expert that this species has been reported before in Brevard County- believe or not. I have added a picture with it. The bird I saw was slated gray. I'm thinking of a female perhaps or a young male. I am not a White-crowned expert.
