There has been one Yellow crowned Night Heron (YCNH) consistently for the past several years but now last night was a delight to see two YCNH. Except for the soccer kids (signs says south miami greyghosts soccer) were harassing them and chasing them and trying to hit them by kicking soccer balls at the pair.
After the sun goes down around 7 p.m. on the East end of the Open Green Space (field). Park in the West parking lot and go up onto the field.
