Again I can help. As you travel from the city of Okeechobee towards Moore Haven there are (as you get within 10 miles of U.S. 27) some fence lines with dense brush, but I have seen a Caracara along that stretcy of road every Saturday for the past several weeks. Traffic is tough (going 50-60 mph) so be careful, but he has been there regularly. This is close to whee I also spotted the scrub jays. (I travel from Fort Myers so directions from the east are iffy).
