Yes, I have seen Scrub jays near Fisheating Creek (off of U.S. 27) on some of the farm roads there. The Florida Birding Trail shows one location near Fisheating Creek that had quite a flock of them, I do not recall the name but the location is right off U.S. 27 just north of that park. There were scrub jays, gorgeous red heade woodpeckers, meadow larks, bobwhites and other small birds as well as a swallow tail kite.
