This bird was on the water and I could not therefore see the feet. However, the presence of both blue and red in facial/bill area was clear: blue auricular, & red color at the base of the bill (lower mandible), this was a small bird compared to Maskeds nearby (the bird was seen not far from the boat as we were looking at the Masked Booby colony on our way out). Otherwise plumage was light sandy brown on the head/nape/throat/breast, the remaining plumage (back-scapular, tail, etc.) a more medium brown.
