Hi, sorry, this is a question and not a sighting - wasn't sure where to post it!
Could anyone tell me if the boobies, noddies and frigatebirds are back on the Dry Tortugas around 22 February? My wife and I are in South Florida at that time and were wondering if it's worth our while to go all the way to the Dry Tortugas.
