Subject bird 1035am, not the usual location. At the extreme SW corner of the bike path property.

Get on bike path that heads west against bike traffic (the one that borders the treatment plant). Continue west past Larry's original neon green flag. Follow this path all the way to the end. You'll come to a fence with a small meadow on your right that has some rubble in it. Seen in shrubs behind the rubble. Was calling at first, short high thin 'seep'.
