I do not put out hummer feeders in FL, but in Maine I had problem wasps and hornets that were deterred by using feeders with "bee guards," which are little yellow basket-looking things made of molded plastic that block the port to the nectar.
The insects give up after a while when they can't get to the liquid. I don't know if this would work with your bees, but might be worth a try.
One thing you might do if you adopt these feeders is to drill out the flashing in the very center of the guard; "my" hummers seem to prefer this central aperture, once it is available to them.
