On January 4, I observed a Razorbill roughly 8.5 miles off Marathon, bayside, feeding behind our boat. We were floating a chum bag, and it fed of the chum drifting away from the boat, frequently coming within 2 feet of the bag. The underwater visibility was fantastic, so I could clearly see the individual as he swam underwater. It was great surprise,and totally unexpected!
